ie someone want to buy 2 adult membership $ 10 and 1 student $ 5 membership

for Jane Doe, John Doe and little Johnny Doe.

In our form , how many names and their drop down category doesn't correlate with the pricing. they have to choose how many of each. It is surprising, how often they don't match. I have searched the forms, trying to find a better way to set this up. Do you have a suggestion?

    Hi Jayne,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. May we ask for the direct link to the form you are referring to so we can test and further check? Also, to confirm do you mean the product selection doesn't match the correct products selected on the dropdown?

Once we have a better idea of what’s going on, we’ll be able to come up with a solution.

    Hello LASA_PTSA,

I am sorry for the confusion. To resolve the issue, I added 3 form calculation widgets:

The first calculation widget is to get the total for the Student membership:

The second calculation widget is to get the total for the Adult membership:

The third calculation widget is to get the total for both membership and the Donation Amount which you can pass to your payment field:

Then pass the total to your payment field:

    Here is my sample form.

Let us know if you have any other questions.

I used the calculation widget and understand how to use it now. Thank you

I think what I actually need is a product list. Maybe if they selected products and they were able to fill in name and characteristics. But I can't seem to add a product to this form

    Hi Jayne,

Thanks for getting back to us. Unfortunately, the option to add multiple subscription is not currently available for PayPal Business payment menthod.

The main payment integrations where this is available are Stripe, PayPal Personal (standard), Square,, and Braintree.

Please consider using PayPal Personal instead. To change your payment method, kindly follow these steps:

    1. Click on three dots next to the Paypal Business Payment
    2. Then click on Switch to another gateway

3.You can choose between Paypal personal or any other payment method:

    4.When it's switched, click OK

5.Connect your Paypal account by clicking on Connect

Once your chosen payment method is connected, it will look like this:

Once you are switched to PayPal personal you can select Sell Subsciptions to add your subscription options:
