The following lines were provided to "embed our calendar into our site.

    <script type="text/javascript" src="//www.calendarwiz.com/calendars/ucfeeder.php?crd=oldfield&theme=Master%20Theme"></script>

    <script type="text/javascript" src="//www.calendarwiz.com/cwsearch/cwsearch.js?crd=oldfield&srtheme=Master%20Theme"></script>

Is it possible to embed them into a blank form?  If so, how would I do it?

    Thanks!

    Hi MyTownInteractive,

To confirm, you would like to embed JavaScript code directly into your JotForm?

That cannot be achieved through our form builder directly. However, once you have completed your form in our form builder, you can grab the "Script" embed code and once you embed that into your website, you can then add the above JavaScript code to the form code.

To get the source code, go to Embed Form and select the Source icon

I hope this helps! Please inform us if you need further assistance.
