Form Calculation fields are not calculating

Also, the associate points fields won't calculate

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. To clarify, are you referring to the Statement of Purpose Scores? If so, my colleague responded on this thread related to the inquiry. If you're referring to a different scoring, can you please clarify the specific name of the field that wont calculate and what is the calculation requirement so we can further check?

On the PFS Evaluation form, I am trying to prefill from the PFS Training Provider form. The fields that I am having trouble prefilling are on the PFS Evaluation Form.

Underneath the heading Training Provider Eligibility:

1. Is the program Pell Grant eligible?
2. This needs to prefill from the PFS Training Provider Form field of the same name.
3. If that field fills with yes, then the field called Pell Grant - Points Awarded should fill with zero points. IF that prefills with no, then the field called Pell Grant - Points Awarded should fill with 10 points.
4. Is the program WIOA/Title I eligible?
5. This needs to prefill from the PFS Training Provider Form field of the same name.
6. If that field fills with yes, then the field called WIOA/Title I Points Awarded should fill with zero points. IF that prefills with no, then the field called WIOA/Title I Points Awarded should fill with 10 points.

Underneath the heading Applicant Data:

1. The participant is currently enrolled in an adult education program.
2. This needs to prefill from the PFS Training Provider form field of the same name.

Thanks for your patience while we looked into this. I have test-cloned your form and was able to set the conditions for each field based on the workflow you provided. I matched line 35's (Is the participant question) field value with line 46 (The participant is enrolled..) to make the condition work. Please see the screenshots below for your reference.

Upon checking, there is no assigned values for the fields. To assign a value follow the steps below:

Click on the gear icon or Properties

Click on Options and turn on Use Calculation Values

Assign 10 points for No
