Dear Marvin and jotform support team,
Please check the screenshot of the console report you asked for.
Good to know that when I use the website as administrator -so to modify pages, install plugins etc- the jotforms forms have no problem. Although all embeded forms to the websit are public, I see them / can use them only when logged as administrator.
I am wondering if that happened after an update from your side to jottform.
Thanks for your support,
Afroditi

Hi Afroditi,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. It seems that you also sent this message on your question's original thread. Please check out our reply to that here.

Hello,
I am afraid that you didn't understand. ALL FORMS ALL ALREADY EMBEDDED and certainly i did what you proposed to do but the link that a copy paste was the same with the one that already existed.
But I found where the problem is : when I go to jotform plugin at the list of the plugins of our website (1st photo), when i press on to "visit plugin site" in order to visit it, it is the only plugin that doesn't response and shows me the 2nd photo. Please advise as something is wrong from your side. All the other plugins used in our website are working fine.
Thank you

Hello Afroditi,
Thanks for getting back to us. After checking, I saw that the issue was caused by the form not being embedded in your WordPress site. Can you please try to embed the forms in your WordPress site again using the embed form plugin to see if this would work? You can find the guide on doing that here.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
