Card Form: Add checkbox in multi line question

Hello I would to add a checkbox for accepting the Privacy Policy but it won't let me add it in this multiple question. Moreover I can't add it as a link in the description..

Is there a way I can add this checkbox without having to add a new question?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Currently, these are the fields supported in the multi-line question:

• Textbox Field
• Email Field
• Number Field
• Dropdown Field
• Phone Field

Were you trying to add a multiple-choice field? I'm afraid that is not possible. It will create a new card. I went ahead and escalated this as a feature request to our developers, but when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.

In the meantime, could you share with us how are you trying to add this as a link in the description so we can check?

Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.
