    Hi triumph2,

    Thank you for using JotForm.

You can have two email addresses notified whenever a submission is made. To do that, just navigate to your form, click "Email Alerts" from the "Setup & Embed" tab, select "Notification" and click "Reply-to and Recipient Settings" and enter comma separated email addresses in the "Recipient E-mail:" section.

    Comma Separated Email Addresses

Then you can embed the form to any number of websites.

Furthermore, because of the recent change in our DNS IP addresses due to DDoS attacks, we strongly recommend you clear your cache and use "http://form.jotform.com" as the form's URL when embedding it. Hope this helps.

If you have any other issues and concerns, please feel free to contact us again.

Ok, in this case it means when a user fill the contact form on website A which email address is websitea@yahoo.com, that same information will be sent to website B which email address is websiteb@gamil.com

What I want is, when users use the form on one website the information should not be forwarded to the other email address. Is there any settings for this?

    Hi triumph2,

You can do that by using JotForm's Hidden box field. You can find it on Power Tools.

Name the Hidden field with "website". Now let's work with the form's Conditional Logic.

If the Hidden box field website is equal to websitea, then send the Notification Email to admin@websitea.com, and admin@websiteb.com for websiteb.

After the conditions, obtain the form's iFrame embed code. For websitea, affix ?website=websitea to the form's URL and for websiteb, affix ?website=websiteb. For example:

The iFrame code for websitea is
    <iframe src="//form.jotform.com/form/XXXXXXXXXX?website=websitea" width="50%" height="100px"> </iframe>

And the iFrame code for websiteb is
    <iframe src="//form.jotform.com/form/XXXXXXXXXX?website=websiteb" width="50%" height="100px"> </iframe>

Hope this helps. If you have further issues and concerns, please feel free to contact us again.
