    How do I update our user name

    Hi Sch00lBusOntario,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. It is great you contact us on how to update your username. We have two option. The first option, you can change user name on your end and use this guide on How to Change the Username? The second option is we can change the username on our end. You just need to provide 3 unique username and it should consist alphanumeric and underscore "_" only. Ex. SchoolBuss_Ontario.
