Uploading image crashes the form.

    Hello as soon as someone tries to upload an image to my jot form it refreshes and goes back to the start page of the application, please let me know how to fix this :( it works on a computer fine.

    Hi Jenna,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. When I cloned and tested your form using Google Chrome browser on an android device, everything worked the way it was supposed to. Take a look at the screencast below to see my results:

    Maybe there was a temporary issue that resolved itself. Can you go ahead and try it again from a different mobile and let us know how it goes? If the same thing happens again, please record a video - upload it on dropbox/ google drive - set it's view to public and share on this thread. We'll investigate it more to see if we can figure out what's going on.

    Hello Jenna,

    Thank you for the patience as we look further into this. We have tested this on iPhone 4 Safari browser, but we are unable to recreate the issue from our end. The upload file is working as intended and indicate it had been completely uploaded. Could you kindly give it a try again to see whether the issue still persists? If the issue still persists, would you allow us to do a direct test submission on your form?

    Hey Jessica,

    yes unfortunately it is still persisting, I have tried to delete and repost the link but it is still dropping out when I try to upload an image

    I did a test with your form using iPhone but I was unable to replicate the issue.

    Can you please confirm if you are using the Instagram App to open the form? Some other users reported the same issue. Our backend team checked this and it was found that the issue was present in the Instagram In App browser only. Our developers informed us that the issue is related to Instagram itself. You can report the bug to Instagram through Instagram Help Center. As a workaround, you can suggest your users open the form in the browser instead.
