How to create a PDF that shows answers to the choices the user made and NOT the submission itself?

    For example:

If user have question like that: "What day is it?" and he select "Sunday" and submit,

the result at the pdf file he get would be: "That's correct. Today is Sunday."

    How can i do that?

    Hi Coreneto,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, this is not currently a direct available feature.

As a workaround you can use the PDF Editor and add multiple PDF document templates to a single for afterwards you can then email them based on a form conditional logic.

    See example below:

In this example we will use the following events as selections:

To add a PDF Document template, in the PDF editor, click on the New PDF and then on the New PDF Document.

You can add your custom content and style the PDF templates.

We will need to add separate Email Autoresponders with different PDFs attached.

You can select which PDF submission template to attach via the Advanced settings of the autoresponder (detailed guide).

The last part is to add the email conditions.

    1664699114 63394aeaa713a Screen Shot 202 Screenshot 54

    Condition #1 example:

    1664699154 63394b125e6f3 Screen Shot 202 Screenshot 65

Repeat the same for other autoresponders. We have 4 email conditions in our sample case.

This is it, the form will automatically generate the submission PDFs based on your PDF templates and email them based on the users’ answers.

Please try this and let us know how it goes.

    Hi Coreneto,

Thank you for getting back to us. While the feature you’re looking for isn’t currently available, rest assured we’re always working to add new services and features to Jotform.

I've gone ahead and escalated your request to our Developer Team. When or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.

If you want you can see what i did in my Test2 Form Form as work around.

But again, it would be SUPERB if we have that ability instead.

I think you should consider that as top priority. This will bring users the ability to send smart inquiries to customers based on their answers.
