    Hi,

Can you please provide us more details about which part you were disappointed?

Your feedback and input are valuable to us and we also take them into consideration no matter which they are.

    Thanks.

The part that I am disappointed in is the fact that they have only provided this integration for Wordpress.com sites and not the platform as a whole.

Luckily, it's just as easy to embed using the plugin but I was quite pleasantly surprised when Jotform had released direct integration but then equally disappointed when I realised it was only for sites on the wordpress domain.

When you take into consideration how many businesses and professionals use Jotform & Wordpress, you would think that serious users would not want to have blogxxx.wordpress.com as their company website, they would host it separately. With this in mind, I would have thought that integration outside of the wordpress.com domain would have been of equal importance.

    Thank you for the explanation.

I understand your point. And it is actually worth knowing or understanding for the reason behind why it was only for Wordpress.com.

Unfortunately, I am also not knowledgeable of the reason. It could be on a business perspective which I have no more right or reason to be informed specifically.

But I will tell you that your message here had been read and reached my higher ups already. I am sure they will choose to respond if needed.
