Forms: Background Image Update Delayed when Using Card Forms

    I changed the background visual at the first time. Then, the couple next changes I made after that is not reflecting anymore. The background during build is the latest changes but when you click preview form, it remain the old background even you have refresh few times and clear cache. I not sure is this a slow response or what but there are couple of time already and i cant have a immediate and latest view for my work.

    Hi Dyson Marketing MY,

    Thank you for reaching out to Jotform support. I've checked the issue of your form and tried to open the preview version but what I can see is the background with Lady using a Dyson hair Straighter. Please see the screenshot below for the result:1664796808_633ac8886bc72_dyson.PNG

    Maybe the issue was resolved by itself. However, I've cleared your form cache from our end which could help fix the temporary issue. Can you try it again to see if the background is now showing the correct image? If the issue persists, please clear your form cache and the browser cache too.

    Perhaps I would say it is delayed in changing background visual. Previously it changed within 10 seconds but right now it is more than or even longer than 10 mins.

    Thanks for following up. I cloned your form for testing to see if I could replicate the issue and I experienced the same problem. Check out my results:

    I created a ticket and escalated this to our Developer team. Although we don't know exactly when the issue will be fixed, we’ll circle back to this thread when we have an update.

    I have exactly the same problem. However it starts by trying to pick a picture for the background. If I previously used those pictures nothing happens when I press "use selected". I then have to upload a new picture and the background changes. Yet, only the background in the "BUILD" menu changes. If I press "Preview form" the previus background remains.
