Trying to add an email alert to my form.

    I understand that you want to add an email alert to your JotForm. I see that there exists an email alert with the form to the registered email address. Do you want to add a new alert along with this default notification?

    You can add new notification from accessing Email Wizard by clicking on Setup & Embed > Email Alerts > Add New Email
