JotForm Account Disabled

    I got an email with subject: JotForm Account Disabled to: jack.smith@vungle.comhowever when I do "forgot password" on jotform and enter "" as the email address, it says that no account exists with this email address.Please clarify what is going on here ASAP

    Guest accounts have lower limits. To increase your limits, create a JotForm account. If you use the same email address you have on the guest account, your forms will be merged on your new account.
