When I try to change my account settings it doesn't let me log in

    I can login to JotForm, but when I try and change my settings it asks me to login again, but it does not accept my details.  In fact, it does nothing, just stays on the pop up asking for username and password.  I am already logged in so I do not see how it could be an incorrect username or password.

    It could be a cache problem I would suggest that you clear your browsers cache first or try it on a different browser and see if that helps. Inform us if you are still unable to change your settings after clearing your cache and cookies.
