    Hi

    I cloned a previous form and I am getting an error after the form is submitted
    http://submit.jotform.us/submit/42518094273153/

    This form is currently unavailable!

    I am using this embed code at http://dreamlifestyleprofits.com/fall/thanks.html

    What am I doing wrong?

    Hi Phil

    I took a look at your jotform and I see that you have set the limits on it, the one that got active was the limit for allowing only 3 submissions.

    What you should do is set it up to 0 if you do not want to limit the submissions or set it up to your liking.
