Free Account: When does the account get replenished with new submissions

Just confirming when does the month start over on this account?

Please confirm the start date of this account - I see September 14th, so doesnt the month start over tomorrow?

We reset the submissions counter on the first day of each month disregarding the account creation date. This is true for both Free and Paid accounts. However, if you upgrade, the quota will be increased immediately.
