I've used the most recent versions of Chrome, Firefox, and Safari. I also updated Flash and Java just to be sure. I am able to use all functions of Jotform on my desktop PC.

There is a chance that our Content Delivery Network based content is not loading on your Macbook for some reason.

Please try to access the site on your Macbook using the next link to bypass the CDN and see if that makes any difference:

    http://www.jotform.com/?noCDN=true

    Thank you.

That worked for that link. Unfortunately, when I went to the "My Forms" page I'm still unable to edit or use any of the Jotform functions. Any other suggestions?

    Hi,

Does this link work for your forms:

    http://www.jotform.com/myforms/?noCDN=true/

It is essentially the same link as my colleague suggested, just a direct link to the "myforms" section.  Let us know if you are still unable to access your forms and we will be happy to see what else we can do.
