I have used the Paragraph blog to add some content to a form. I integrated the "form field" feature, but when I preview the form, it doesn't show that element. Please see the attached screenshots. I want my client's customers to be able to finish out the date.

Hi Tim,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Just to clarify, are you referring to displaying the filled value of the "Monthly Payment $:" in the Paragraph field? If so, I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, and I ran into the same problem. When I looked at your form, I saw that the form fields wasn't configured correctly. Let me show you how to fix it:
- Select the Paragraph field and click the Edit text button.
- Replace {input5:shorttext-1} with {input7:shorttext-1}
- Hit Save.
Give it a try and let us know if you need any other help.

Hi Victorino,
Thank you for your help, but it's still not working. When I changed the code and went to "Preview" and "Fill Form" this is what that section shows:
I want to allow the form filler to fill in the year. So they can enter 22 or 23 after the August 20___. Does that make sense? Can you advise?
Thanks!
Mary

Hi Mary,
Thank you for patiently waiting. After doing multiple tests, unfortunately, the feature you are looking for is not yet available. I've gone ahead and escalated your request to our Developer Team. When or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.
Reach out again if you need any more help.

Hi Mary,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform support. If I understand what you're saying correctly, you want to include a paragraph and let the user choose the year. Actually, you can achieve this by using "fill in the blanks." Check out my screencast below:
You can also check out this blog for more information.
Give it a try and reach out again if you have any other questions.
