I am building a site for a client and when I had the account connected to my email I was receiving notifications when a form was submitted. When I switched it to my clients email (firstname.lastname@example.org) she in not receiving email notifications. Is there a way to fix this?

I checked the email email@example.com, it is not in our bounce list. I've also checked your account and the form, it seems to work fine in my end. I'm receiving both the email notification and the autoresponder.
I would advise to please check the email hosting of your client or if the notification might be put in the trash or spam folder.
