Not receiving email notification using another email

    I am building a site for a client and when I had the account connected to my email I was receiving notifications when a form was submitted. When I switched it to my clients email ( she in not receiving email notifications. Is there a way to fix this?

    Hi Jackie,

    I checked the email, it is not in our bounce list. I've also checked your account and the form, it seems to work fine in my end. I'm receiving both the email notification and the autoresponder.

    I would advise to please check the email hosting of your client or if the notification might be put in the trash or spam folder.
