I am working with my supervisor to ensure that we go from secure to non-secure submissions by changing the embed links.  However, we would like to know if our account can be active again for this month, or else we will not be able to use JotForm for work purposes.

    Thank you in advance!

    Gregory

    Hello Gregory,

You have exceeded the allowed submission limits. This is the reason your forms are disabled. Only 10 SSL submissions are allowed in Free account and you have already received 14 SSL submissions.

I have manually reset your account SSL counter to "0" and your account is now active. Please be informed that we can reset the counter only once per account. You should stop using the secure forms urls and secure embed scripts should be replaced by non secure embed scripts. We will not be able to help you next time if you exceed the allowed SSL submission limit. You will have to upgrade your account or wait for the first day of next month when the submission counters are reset.

    Thank you!
