Dear Support Staff,
I am trying to concatenate the value of "Block" and "Room No" into a new value with an "-" in between, however it shows error on the below formula. May I know how to fix this error.
Also is there any way to put the value of "Block + Room" into the spreadsheet to form

Thanks for waiting, we appreciate it. This - is causing the error as it is in number value, so it is read like a MINUS sign. It needs to be a string so it will be copied to the other fields.
However, it seems like you don't mean to copy the (-) to the next field, so you can just remove it and have a space in between. See screenshot below:
Then you can set another condition to copy the value from Block+ Room over to the Spreadsheet to form widget. See screencast below:
