Include headers or text in notification e-mails

Hi, I'm wanting the text block to be included in the e-mails both to me and to my clients who fill out the wedding photography contract so that I and they have a full copy of the document they have just signed. Yet all I'm getting is the answers to the questions... HELP please! 

Pass word on the URL is "Book Now"

What you can do to include text fields in your notification is add a PDF link to your email alerts then enable "Show header an text" in your submissions page.
