    Hello,


    I'd like to create a sign-up form that allows people to sign up for items on available dates. I have the same 5 items that are available every Saturday. I want to make it so that as people fill out the form, Jotform will automatically filter out the items that have already been taken and only allow people to select from what is still available.

    The "Appointment" field would have been perfect if there was a way to change it from booking times, to instead booking specific items. But I don't see a way to do that. Is there any other way I can accomplish this?

    To summarize, I need something that functions like the Appointment field, except allows people to book items (instead of times) on specific dates. Times is not part of the functionality that I need.

    Hello Kristina,

    Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Support. You could solve this issue by having an Appointment Field for each product. You can put in the dates where the product is available, and if someone has already booked it for that date, it won't be available for the next person.

    Hence, it will be PRODUCT 1 > check availability through Appointment Field.

    Here's the sample:

    Unfortunately, the feature you want which is the items are the one displayed once you choose a date instead of time option is not yet available in Jotform.

    Thanks for the help. I think the only problem with your solution is that there are still times on the side panel, which will definitely confuse people. If there was a way to remove the times, perhaps it could work.

We've gone ahead and escalated your request to our developers, but when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it.
