Like Dislike form

HI, 

A quick question about this widget.  It doesn't seem like the points accumulate at all.  

What settings do I need to use to have the clicks (like or dislike) add up so that users can see how many previous visitors have clicked each?

Did you add your API key? You need to create an API key so that when user views your Jotform records of Likes and Dislike will be displayed on your form. Please follow this guide to create your API key https://www.jotform.com/help/253-How-to-Create-Jotform-API-Key.
