Can I change the Form Disable message?

Hi there,

I create sign-up registration forms for our community events and I sometimes "disable" the form once the registration numbers reach a certain level.

Is there any way I can edit the disabled form screen message? Rather than say "This form is currently unavailable!" it would be great if I could customize it to say "This event is currently full!" or something similar.
