It seems that our form on www.gifts-n-gadgets.co.za has an issue from earlier this morning but I only found out now because i started tested due to not receiving any inquiries. (side button / pop up form)
The form is showing a security check instead of the form. please see screenshot attache
Kindly assist urgently?

Based on CloudFlare's information about this security check, this happens to when your IP Address recently had bad activity online, so CloudFlare will present a challenge before you can access the website. All you need to do is to complete it and you should be able to access the form. I have also whitelisted your IP Address to our end. This should also fix it.

By the way, if your form users are seeing the same, then I would advise adding a note to the page where the form is currently placed about this security check. Add something that would tell them to just pass the captcha. I know this isn't convenient, but at least they would know what is the captcha is all about.
Also, passing the captcha will help reduce the threat score associated with the IP address. If no bad activity is seen from the IP address after a two-week period, then the challenge behavior will stop against that IP address.
