Can I have an image next to the items on my drop down listing of my products?

Asked by ZinMoscato11957 on October 14, 2014 at 08:47 AM

I am selling holiday cards with different choices for the customer to choose. In my drop down button I have the different order numbers for my cards. Is there a way to have a thumbnail image associated with the order number? The button on my form is called holiday card number that is on top of the form. Thanks in advance, Kevin

    Hi ZinMoscato11957,

Yes it is possible to do this by using Smart Forms Using Conditional Logic wherein the image thumbnail will appear depending on the selection.

    I created a sample form. Here's the link http://support.jotform.com/form/42864422871964

I created a drop down on what image to display depending on the selection. I inserted 3 image fields using the image option in form tools.

Go to "Setup & Embed" then select "Conditions". On Conditions Wizard, select "Show/Hide a form field"

I created a condition so when the user selected "JotForm Red" the image will show the corresponding image.

    Press "Save" and test it.

Hope this helps. Let us know if you need further assistance.
