How to disable Jotform E-signature ads?

    I have sent out a survey to approximately 70 people. Several have been in touch with one of the following difficulties

    1. They did not receive the email with the link to the questionnaire. How can I resend?
    2. They complete the questionnaire but can't submit it and get a message saying they have already completed the questionnaire. I have checked to see if they did submit by mistake, but no submissions form the relevant individual. How can I fix this?

    Hello Nina,

    Thank you for contacting Jotform Support. I understand that you'd like to disable Jotform E-signature banner.

    Since you're referring to the banner, I've successfully disabled the Blog Banner in your account. For reference, you may also remove the Jotform Ad in your account settings. The account should be in any Paid Plans. Please go to MyAccount Settings, scroll down to see the Jotform footer, and untick the checkbox.

    Thank you but I have removed the tick as suggested and I still get the ad.

    I have successfully disabled banners in your account. Please log out and then log back in to let changes take effect.

    Thank you the banner is what I am referring to. I can't seem to log out on my desktop even after restarting my computer and I then went into my laptop and logged in but the banner is still there. I tried to paste a picture of my screen here but it won't let me paste.

    Hi Ananidis,

    If you're indeed referring to the Jotform Sign banner on the My Forms page, it seems that this cannot be removed at the moment since Jotform Sign has just launched.

    But if you're referring to the Jotform Sign ad that pops up in a window every time you log in, I have disabled that on your account now so please try logging out and then log back in again.

    Let us know if you have any other questions or ıf you're still getting the Jotform Sign pop-up window.

    But if I misunderstood the issue and you're referring to something else, please share a screenshot of the banner you're talking about. You can check this guide for the steps on how to post screenshots here in the Support Forum.
