Form field limit clarification

    Hi, going by your pricing page page, it says that you have unlimited fields for free accounts but have just been told that the limit is 100, please explain?

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support and we're sorry for any confusion caused. We recently had an increase in our pricing and changes to our limits structure. Users who have an active subscription will not be affected of this as long as the subscription is continued. However, after downgrading to a free account, the new limits (including 100 form fields per form limit) will be applied automatically. You may also see increased prices if you decide to cancel your plan and subscribed again after some time. To see the new prices and limits, please visit Jotform's Pricing page without logging into your account.
