The submissions of my form are missing

Hello - I've just logged into my account and noticed I only have 1 questionnaire from Dec 2021

The entire history has gone and I haven't deleted it, nor downloaded it

Can the data be retrieved?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. If you're referring to the submissions by History, could you please check the submissions of the other form named Obedience Questionnaire and see if those are the ones you're looking for; we are also not seeing any Submission Deletion in your account history for the form created in December 2021, which was also originally named Obedience Questionnaire.

I'm so embarrassed - I see the questionnaire with 1 x showing from Dec'21 is for my separation anxiety subject heading

Then I can just see my obedience forms, they're almost completely hidden under the banner of 'Announcing Jotform Sign - Discover Now'

So sorry I wasted your time, and thank you for our help

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. In the future, should similar things happen, you can also search your form by pasting your form ID in the search bar. It will show you the form. The form ID is the string of numbers in your Jotform URL, such as https://www.jotform.com/222771514566055, and the form 222771514566055.
