Table errors

    Hello,


    I earlier submitted a support request about losing data from a table, it now seems this is happening to other tables. Also last edit dates are no longer accurate.


    Has yesterdays update with the new signature feature caused some problems on current data.

    We are now experiencing these types of faults. We of course have tables, however sporadically we are getting this error, which is scary.

    Hi Pura,

    Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Support. We apologize if the tables are not showing. I checked your account and I see here that you have submissions. Those submissions should have been on your table. I cleared your Form's cache as this normally fixes minor bugs. You can also perform it on your end by following this guide. Give it a try and reach out again if you have any other questions.

    Thank you. However the issue is that some tables were created without a form.


    We would then use entries from a form and add extra data. My issue is not losing submissions - it is loss of manual data or analytical work.


    Again to clarify - we have lost tables that we manually created WITHOUT a form submission - the link brings us to an empty page and even the revision button does not work.

    Hi Pura,

    Thank you for getting back to us. I appreciate your explanation of the issue. Can you take a screenshot of what’s happening and send it to us? This guide will show you how to do that. It is also better if you can send a video of what's happening.

     Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.
