We have been trying to sync the jotforms with the correct dropbox path and after a few tests the forms are not syncing to the dropbox folder. Can you give guidence on how to do this properly? Maybe we are doing something wrong here.

I tried integrating my form to dropbox and it worked fine. I also did some test submissions to check if it will transfer files to dropbox and it did. I suggest that you clear your form cache and see if that helps.
