it seems that integration we created between jot form and google form had been stopped from the 9th of Oct.
I wonder if this is happening because we went over the limit of the amount of data we can handle on the same contract.
Could you let us know what is causing the issue?
if we need to upgrade the plan, we will do it straight away.

So you are wondering why you aren't getting new data into google from your jotform?
I checked the jotform page url you provided above "42174089740356" where I traced it to jotform username "jamesreeve" which I see is on Economy which looks okay. So I don't think the plan level is the problem.
From further inspection I see that you have it integrated with google spreadsheets so I think this might be what you are referring to. It seems to me that the integration might have experienced a minor hiccup so to fix it I would advise removing the integration then reapply it to rebuild the integration.
Once you are done with that please test it again to see if you are still having issues and let us know so that we can test it further if necessary.

We did exactly what you suggested and it is still not working.
We re-created integration between Google sheet and jot from but it is not transferring the submission from jot form. We need to sort this out as soon as possible and appreciate if you can give us a call.
If you do not resolve this or we can't make the call within the next 24 hours, we will ask you refund for our accounts and leave from your service.
Please give us your contact number.
Looking forward to your response.

I am sorry to hear that you are having trouble with this and that the suggestions of my colleague did not work for you. Usually this is the quickest way to resolve the issue.
Now we do not have a phone support available at this time, but what I will do is that I will notify our developers to take a look into this issue.
They will update you here on this thread as soon as they fix the issue.

Thank you for your comment.
I will redo the integration again as i found the other page for similar problem and it is saying it should be fixed by now.
(please find the link below http://www.jotform.com/answers/444477 )
However, please dig into our problem and get back to us as soon as possible.

it is still not working today.
Please investigate this as soon as you can as we are missing this for about 10 days and we can't support our business without the integration properly working.

We have developers assigned and working on your issue. You will be updated as soon as the reason for this is found and fixed through this thread.
It is good to look through our forums to see similar threads as most of the times the issue is similar and can be fixed in the same manner. As this time there is a need for our developers it is good that you have alerted us of this so that our developers can fix it for you.

In a mean time, is there any other integration we can put in place to replace google sheet? we just need the data to be transferred onto the excel like sheet, nothing else.
Your suggestion is really appreciated.

I hope that some of the options above would work for you and if you need any help with them, do let us know and we will be glad to assist.

Thank you for your comment but it does not really help as we wanted to pull out all the data onto spreadsheet automatically and we were asking whether you have other tool we can us for integration if not google form.
It seems like we need to manually download jotform report several times a day as there is no alternative way of getting the data on a spreadsheet automatically.
This is really disappointing as we decided to use your service as you provide integration for various other systems.
Please let us know when you finish fixing the integration between google form and jot form.

Unfortunately no, there is no other integration that would send your data into spreadsheet such as on Google Spreadsheet.
Our Grid report option that I have mentioned above does not need to be downloaded every time, instead, every time you take a look at the link it provided, you will be seeing the latest version.
I only mention it again as a possible alternative that you could use while our developers are working on the solution for your issue.
