I have a couple of forms (one in English and one translated into Spanish) that are giving me trouble. The terms and conditions text is not displaying, and even if the checkbox is checked, the form displays an error and cannot be submitted.
Is this a bug on our end? No one has modified this form in a while and it just started malfunctioning yesterday.

I see what you mean with the terms that are not displaying properly.
I checked this further and could replicate it on a test jotform similar to your screenshot above.
To fix it please remove the Terms and Conditions Widget then reapply it to your jotform. You will then need to relink it but it should work now.
