I cant see what was submitted

    Please help!

     

    Someone submitted something but it is not showing up on "view submission". Did they not upload anything? How can I track it back to the sender to let them know they need to re-upload/re-send?

    Yes, they have not upload anything, and you can track their IP only.

    Since the form upload field is no required, anyone can submit a blank form. You can set the field as required, and also consider increasing default 1MB max file size.
