Form launch is being blocked by pop up blocker.

Hi, we have a series of forms set up, the first one is set to link to a second jotform on completion.

This is the first one:

Which on submission should launch this one:

https://headinghealth.jotform.com/222566971743869?form1-name[first]={name:first}&form1-name[last]={name:last}&form1-email={email}&phoneNumber={phoneNumber}&intake_id={name:first}_|_{email}

But its getting blocked by the pop up blocker.

Is there a way around this?

Can we have the form submission go to a thank you page and then somehow auto launch the second form?

Thank you for contacting Jotform Support. I understand that you're having issues redirecting your user to the second form after submissions.

That's probably due to the pop-up blocker addon on your browser that blocks any pop-up windows that are not on the white list. The best way to overcome that is to turn off the pop-up blocker or allow Jotform to open in a pop-up window.

Regretfully, the pop-up settings are within the user's device security settings and there's no way to force the pop-up message to ignore the blocker.

If this prompts on your screen again, please tick "Always allow pop-ups and redirects from ...."
