Feature: Option to add second email for invoice

    Hey guys I would like to add a second email address to my account to receive invoices so they automatically pull into our accounting software.


    invoices@hyper-creative.co.uk


    Is that possible?

    Hello Ed,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, it's impossible to add a second email address to an account for invoice purposes. Please note that Billing emails are only sent to the email address associated with the account. It is not currently possible to send notices to another email address other than that one. If you want to change the billing email address, you may change the registered email address from the account settings and the same will be used for billing.

    As a workaround, you can obtain copies of your invoices on your account's Billing Page and send it to your accounting. You can find the guide on doing that here.

    Okay understood. Is it possible to get the PDF invoice sent to the account email with the Receipt?

    I can then set up an auto forward to go to the correct email.


    The current receipt does not come with the invoice as a PDF, so I have to manually go into my account each month to download the invoice which could be avoided.

    Hello Ed,

    I do not think we have that option. But just to confirm, aren't you receiving an invoice via your payment method (e.g. Stripe)?

    My apologies. As per further checking, it appears that credit card and PayPal payments send you a separate receipt to your account email but it is still Jotform that generates the invoice. Let me escalate this as a feature request instead. When or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.

    Thanks so much. Appreciate you escalating this, as I am sure most of your customers are Businesses, so will need these invoices and everyone has to download them manually every month.
