Edit and delete purchase or payment setup

    My payment button has disappeared from my form and it tells me I have to delete the first one to add another (I wanted to edit the choices). I cannot find where to delete and start again for the payment options.

    Hi,

    May I know what form you are having problems with?

    For setting up payment or purchase order, you can find a guide or tutorial link here http://www.jotform.com/help/165-Setting-Up-Your-First-Order-Form. You can also find helpful articles on this section, http://www.jotform.com/help/chapter-7-Payment+Forms.

    You can edit and delete it by clicking the buttons on the upper right field.

    I am using a workshop registration form. The entire payment field has
    disappeared so there is nothing there to click to edit or delete. When I
    try to add a Payment Tool back in, it pops up as saying I need to delete
    the previous payment box before I can add another.
    You cannot add more than one *payment *tool. Please delete the existing one
    first.

    All is good.Not exactly sure what I did differently this morning but I got
    the payment page to show up and just ran a yes registration and it all came
    thru just fine.
