The reason for this was because your account had already exceeded the maximum submission count for FREE subscription.
Check your profile status and you should see the usage status
You can check this in your account Monthly Usage page also https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/usage
You will need to delete submissions to retains some submission allotment. You can do this in the Submissions View page https://www.jotform.com/help/269-How-to-view-Submissionsz

Sorry I missed to mention.
You can also just upgrade to the next higher subscription plan to have higher limits.
You can do this in the JotForm Pricing page using the Upgrade button.
