since my last 2 mails i cannot download the files uploaded on the form... now the destination files is something like that: https://jufs.s3.amazonaws.com/irbestudio/10361047540/289123343811267871/CURRICULUM%2520VITAE%25203.doc

It seems the file was not properly uploaded by the user. The form respondent that uploaded the file must have cut off the current submission while the upload process was still on-going.
What I can suggest for now is to contact the form respondent and request from them to re-upload and submit the jotform http://www.jotform.com/form/10361047540 so that the file can be accessed.
