Unfortunately, I'm unable to provide you a concrete answer regarding that matter. This is related to how the job searching websites handle the membership of their users. The best way to validate reliability or credibility of the email is to search for the contact information they provided and/or contact them directly for verification.
I hope this helps.

Even i received same kind of mail fom Timesjob. At that time only i was aware of these kind of frauds but just to inquire i called on the provided number. The guy who picked the call was in so hurry and has same answer for each kind of query i made and after 2 minutes when he found that i am inquiring more he just disconnected the call. Now the strange thing that i see is people are still fooling themselves from such kind of fraud and fake peoples. My suggestion is this friends before getting part of any of such kind of fraud just do some research and if u guys dont know how to research please just copy the link of such scammers and paste it in google i assure u that u will definately get similar kind of situation in the result.
And please make it very clear in your mind if someone is asking for money before job whether it be a consultancy or a person please stay away they can never get you any job.Not a single company asks for any money whether it be in india or any other country.Following is the message i got.

Thank you very much for your input and suggestions, it would help a lot of JotForm users and others who receive fake emails. It's always better to check first for the sender email, usually businesses or companies have their own domain name in the email; second, check if the contact details are what they say they are; third, a google search will help a lot regarding similar emails, it is usually discussed in different website forums, especially websites that monitors scammers.
I've also made a separate thread related to the email that you received, along with the Form URL. You can refer to this link: http://www.jotform.com/answers/452187
