    Hello,

I apologize but I don't fully understand your question.

Do you want to know where you can find our privacy policy?
If that's correct, then you can find it here: http://www.jotform.com/privacy/

Please let us know if you have further questions.

    Thanks.

    Hi.
Thank you for your response. Firstly, I'm not sure why but any links
provided in Jotform email correspondence do not work?? I'm using Chrome.
My question regarding privacy policy is in relation to the information
submitted on a form by a client is then captured and stored on the Jotform
    server.
In Australia, we have strict guidelines into protecting personal
    information.
I would like to understand as to what measure are in place by Jotform to
    protect data.
    Kind regards
    Jodie

Sorry to hear that the links are not working for you.

However, I've pasted the section of our privacy policy that refers to the submission data (this is the information that is captured on the forms) for you to read.

    2. Submission Data. We respect the privacy of our users and the privacy of their client data. All user information contained within the forms you may use or build on the JotForm Site are governed by our Terms of Service. You retain all rights to your data. We will not sell, share data. We will not access your data for non-administrative reasons.

Since you have strict guidelines, I would suggest that you consider using SSL submissions (which is required to encrypt all submissions). I see that you're using a free account, this account gives you the right to receive 10 SSL submissions per month. If you expect to receive more than 10 submission s, I suggest that you upgrade your account to a premium account that allows to receive 1,000 SSL submissions.

You can check our plans on this link: http://www.jotform.com/pricing

Please let us know, if you have any questions.

    Thanks.
