EU for GDPR Compliance

Dear Team,

We have a client with Survey Monkey and looking to move their services. But we need reassurances that all services (server, data, support) is held and run 100% in the EU or UK?

For example Survey Monkey's support is from Asia while their server in Dublin. This is not good enough for our client.

Can you confirm is the support based in the eu or outside? Which country handles Uk and Ireland support.
