EU for GDPR Compliance

    Dear Team,


    We have a client with Survey Monkey and looking to move their services. But we need reassurances that all services (server, data, support) is held and run 100% in the EU or UK?

    For example Survey Monkey's support is from Asia while their server in Dublin. This is not good enough for our client.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform support. Yes, Jotform is GDPR compliant. You can find more details here. We also offer data processing addendums (DPAs) for our customers that operate in the EU. If you would like to sign a DPA, feel free to send your request. You may also store your data in the EU.     Can you confirm is the support based in the eu or outside? Which country handles Uk and Ireland support.

    Hello Chris,

    We also have a dedicated support team who are based in the EU to handle your requests. All support requests coming from an EU user will be redirected to EU support so they can handle them.
