Sage Pay Integration: Adding Sage Pay to JotForm

Asked by thespanishfactory on October 15, 2014 at 10:39 AM

I would like to request you please to integrate Sage Pay for payments.

Just have a look to this link https://www.formstack.com/pricing where your competitor FormStack is offering this service. Look the comparative they are doing (quite dishonest actually)

JotForm really deserves to have this integration as we are many people from UK and Sage Pay is the number 1 payment gateway in Ireland and UK.

To the Jotform Developer: Here is the guide how to make this

    intgration http://www.sagepay.co.uk/file/12241/download-document/FORM_Integration_and_Protocol_Guidelines_010814.pdf

PLEASE, we really need this feature!

    Thank you

    Hi,

Thank you for letting us know about this great feature, I will notify our developers and they will take a look at this and update you through this thread as soon as it becomes available in JotForm.

I did take a look at the prices and I can see that nothing has changed, our prices are still the best and the limits are still the least confining with JotForm plus with our brand new feature just released, I think there is no better tool available at all.

    Best Regards,
    Ben

    Thank you for your reply.

The link you have provided does not work.

In relation to the prices that you are talking about, I am not complaining at all, I am, at the moment, a happy customer. What I am saying is that your US competitors are using Sage Pay in their forms, which is something that we are asking you since 2010. Sage Pay is very important for the customers in UK and Ireland.

Say Page is offering to the developers all the tools they need to make their service compatible with form services as Jotform.  Here are all the tools needed to make this work.

    http://www.sagepay.co.uk/support/find-an-integration-document/form-integration

The fact that Jotform have Sage Pay as Payment Processor is something which depends entirely on the developers.

I posted this only to let you know my request.

Thank you for listening and hope this could be integrate very soon (I really need it).

    Hi,

The link you have provided does not work.

I have tested the link and it seems to be OK. If not, please go to our blog http://jotform.com/blog and you will be able to see the latest feature.

In relation to the prices that you are talking about, I am not complaining at all, I am, at the moment, a happy customer. Yes, that is true, but with over a million users there are quite many requests for new features so our developers get assigned to the features that are marked as important, but bugs will take a priority in order to provide proper support.

Say Page is offering to the developers all the tools they need to make their service compatible with form services as Jotform.

I must say that every payment processor offers tools for implementation, but some support or offer more alternatives in the manner how you can connect to them. Thank you for the link and our developers will take a look at it and other documentation that will be needed to make this implementation possible once the Sage Pay is to be integrated into JotForm.

For now I can not tell you any specific timeframe or if this is something our developers will start to work on soon, but what I can tell you is that they will take a look at this and update you through this thread once this feature is available in JotForm.

In the mean time I suggest taking a look at our other payment processing options: Payment Form.

    Best Regards,
    Ben

    Hi

Do you have an update on this?

Sage is the leading Accountancy software in the UK which is why Sage Pay is so popular. It is also more robust than Paypal - which tends not to be used by "proper" businesses!

The feature you requested is currently in the pipeline, I do not have the exact timeline as to when it will be made available, but ill keep you posted as soon as any updates are available.

    Thank you

    Question:

Can a payment gateway service provider (example here sagepay or realex) develop it's own Jotfrom payment integration widget (to be used like any other Jotfrom created payment widget like Paypal / Braintree etc etc) using the documentation here: https://developers.jotform.com/integrations/ ?

If yes, then is it just a simple matter to have it listed in the jotorm widget marketplace?

Sorry if I am asking a trivial question...I'm not a developper so rely on either Jotform developpers or payment gateway developers to integrate my forms with my preferred payment gateway...

    Thanks
