    I have a respondent who is clicking the save button on the form, but it not working for them. They do not receive a popup for their email or the survey link. However, it is working on my end.

    Hi Daniel,

    Thanks for reaching out to us for help. I cloned your form and tested it but I was unable to reproduce the error. Here's a screenshot:

    Since only one user is affected by the error, can you please confirm if she has a Jotfomr account? Please note that if a guest user saves a form, what will pop up is a log-in option instead.

    However, there's n option to skip the signup process they can manually enter their email that will receive the continue form link or they can simply copy the form session link. Here's what happens if a guest user saves a form:

    Can you please confirm if this is what's happening to the affected user?

    Hi Rose,

    Thank you! I also had the function working on my end. However, the affected user is saying that nothing happens after clicking "Save". This is a new bug on their end, since they usually save the form all the time. Any suggestions for what they should do?

    Hi Daniel,

    Thanks for getting back to us. The background color of the Save button is white. Perhaps your user isn't seeing this. The save button's color can be changed. Please add the following CSS code to resolve the issue:

    .form-all .qq-upload-button, .form-all .form-submit-button, .form-all .form-submit-reset, .form-all .form-submit-print {

      background: #3498db!important;

    }

    Check out this guide on How to Inject Custom CSS Codes.

    Give it a try and reach out again if you have any other questions.

    My user is still having issue with the save button. He clicks save, and nothing happens.
    Thanks,
    Daniel

    Hello Daniel,

    I'm sorry if this is happening. Can you please advise your form user to clear the browser's cache? Also, have him try it with another browser as this could be a plug-in issue.

    Let us know then how it goes.

    In addition to my comment, can you have your user try this link instead and see if the Save button works? https://jotform.com/220394629596064

    Can I use this link moving forward? I notice it differs slightly from what's on my Jotform account.
