Sending emails to specific respondents

Hello,

I'd like to have the ability to do the following

1. Send emails to specific respondents (multiple respondents I select, but not all of them). This does not have to be automated. I'm willing to do it manually. But I want the ability to select multiple people to email, not just one. I know, in the submissions section, I can select a submission at click "reply" for just one person, but I can't seem to do it for multiple people.
2. I would also like the ability to template the email so that it includes specific text and I don't have to re-write it each time.

To be clear, I cannot use the automated email function because the responses are not based on specific dates or date fields , such as appointment or date picker. I do not have those in my form. Also, the timing of when I need to send emails is not based on specific dates.

Is there any ability to do this?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. If you want to send emails to your users, you can do that on your submission table. You can add a Send Email button as an additional tab. See the image attached:

To do that, you can follow these steps:

• Click the Add button in the Jotform Table.

• Click the Buttons -> Send Emails then hit Next.

• Enter the column name.

• Create an Email Notification or use the existing one.

• Edit the Email Content based on your preference.

• Add the Recipients to the Email Notification then hit the Save button.

A new column will be added to your table.

One question: If I create an autoresponder email instead of a notification email, but uncheck the box for "send email upon form completion", then they will not get the email until I click the "send email" button, right?

That is correct. The email will not be sent after form submission not unless you send them manually.
