I've run into a similar problem: The form submissions are connected to a Google spreadsheet.
It has stopped pulling new submissions (or vice versa) several times now. Currently there is one submission which has been submitted just over 24 hours ago which does not appear in the spreadsheet.
I have already removed the connection and re-did it once and would prefer not to do it again since it means creating a new spreadsheet and distributing it to my team.
Do you know what might be the cause?

I see you are having an issue with getting the google spreadsheet to update.
In most cases the recommended fix is normally as mentioned to re-integrate with it which rebuilds the integration and its entirety.
The problem can occur for reasons such as connection issues, changes in the google spreadsheet programming itself, modifications to it or your jotform which would cause it to become differential.
I did some testing of this with your jotform and found it seems to be working as normal so far since currently I am unable to replicate this problem.
Have you made any changes to your jotform? Or even your spreadsheet recently?
