I am not receiving emails from my forms

    I have some forms setup to send me emails when they are submitted. I know this works because it worked when I first set the form up. Now I can receive any emails from any of my forms not even when testing the email. I have checked my spam filter, spam box, junk box, blacklist etc. and still nothing. Can you help?  Thanks,

    I understand you are having issues with receiving your jotform email notifications recently.

    I see on the jotform you've linked here you are using the following email addresses - 

    Result: lgoxxx@xxxxxxxx is NOT in the bounce list Result: mjoxxx@xxxxxxxx is NOT in the bounce list Result: ambxxxxx@xxxxxxxx is NOT in the bounce list

    Can you check your email history and let us know which addresses you've stopped receiving these notifications at?

    When I checked it I see a few going out over the course of time to a couple different address.

    I would additionally advise referring to this guide which can help aid you in resolving it.

    Thanks for your help. I found the problem, the sending email was on a blacklist for the whole domain. The correct ip addressess and domain names were added to our whitelist and that fixed the problem.
