PayPal payments: Problem with the email address supplied by seller

We are experiencing an error that reads:

"We cannot process this transaction because there is a problem with the PayPal email address supplied by the seller. Please contact the seller to resolve the problem. If this payment is for an eBay listing, you can contact the seller via the "Ask Seller a Question" link on the listing page. When you have the correct email address, payment can be made at www.paypal.com."

We have attempted to reset the form, but that has not worked.

We have another form that uses PayPal for payment and have no troubles with that, so we are unsure how to fix the current error.

    Thanks for your help.

    Hi,

I see that you have entered this "$550" for the email of your PayPal account, this is the reason you get the error.

Please open the Wizard and add the email address associated with the PayPal account in the first field (PayPal account).

You can see here more details on setting up the PayPal Forms.

    Best Regards,
    Ben
