Can I have one email address for admin needs and direct form submissions to a different email?

    Couldnt find relevant info.

    I changed the contact email for our account and ran a test which showed everything changed to the new email.

    I'd like to be able to have an administrative email address (for jotform account and form creation needs) and have a different submissions email where you would send submitted forms.


    Is this possible? Thanks for any info.

    You can absolutely have a different email address for your jotforms than the one you use for your account.  Here is our guide on how to set these up:

    However, test emails sent from the form builder will always be sent to the default email address associated with then account.  To test another email address that is set up in your notification, you would need to send an actual submission through the form.
